Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for Realife Coop West St Paul in West St. Paul, MN. This full-time role covers comprehensive property maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping duties under supervision.

The position features a day shift, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work, and an 80-hour biweekly schedule. On-call support and monthly progress reporting are expected.

Qualifications

1–3 years of previous experience
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Driver’s license

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance duties and inspections to maintain building and grounds
Schedule and complete work orders in a timely manner
Coordinate with outside contractors and ensure contracts are followed
Assist with preventive maintenance programs and REAC/compliance tasks
Operate small tools and perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and custodial tasks
Prepare units for turnover and provide daily/ monthly reports to supervisor
On-call for maintenance emergencies and seasonal groundskeeping
