Sagora is seeking a Concierge for Aberdeen Heights in Tulsa, OK. You will greet residents and visitors, manage calls and messages, and help maintain a welcoming lobby environment as part of a team-focused, resident-first community.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and multitasking abilities, with experience in customer service and basic MS Office skills. This is a part-time, PRN role with a focus on reliability and discretion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure professional image and communications.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
