Job summary

Sagora Senior Living in Amarillo is seeking a part-time Concierge for the Asher Point community. You will greet residents and visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure a professional lobby presence, both in person and by phone.

This role supports security protocols and coordinated communication across the team. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of related experience, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and manage front desk.
• Maintain reception area and ensure professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby clean and presentable daily.
• Assist associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds for security as needed.
• Provide information in-person and by phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
