Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and manage the front desk.
• Handle phone calls and messages to ensure professional communication.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk as needed.
• Make rounds for security procedures around the community.
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
