Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Olympia, WA seeks a Part Time Concierge to greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and support day-to-day operations in a friendly, professional setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background screening and TB tests.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcome and first impressions for residents, families, visitors and prospects.
• Direct inquiries, facilitate tours, and support sales in a friendly manner.
• Answer calls promptly, route to appropriate team members and provide information.
• Assist with administrative tasks, mail, packages, and reception area upkeep.
• Maintain safety, follow policies, and ensure a positive, professional environment.
