Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge to welcome residents and guests and support daily operations at our community in Washington. The role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and customer-focused service in a front-desk setting.

The position runs Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a pay rate of $17.50–$18.00 per hour. Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, and training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles.
• Ability to communicate in English and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, tours, and create a positive experience for residents, families, and guests.
• Answer calls and direct to the appropriate team member with accurate information.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as logging messages, mail, and packages; maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Promote safety and follow company policies and procedures in daily operations.
