Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Lead, Concession (Part Time) in Toledo, OH. Shifts vary with events and may include weekdays and weekends, mornings or evenings. Prior food and customer service experience is required; supervisory experience is preferred.

We will train for the position and offer a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Responsible for the successful operation of the concession stand and supervising staff, this role involves selling concessions, handling money, inventory, and adherence

Qualifications

• Food & customer service experience is required.
• Lead and/or Supervisory experience is preferred.
• We will train for the position.

Responsibilities

• Sells concessions, including beverages and food to spectators at events.
• Receives money and makes correct change.
• Monitors cash drawer to ensure adequate change.
• Takes inventory and maintains stock to required levels.
• Trains stand attendants.
• Ensures timekeeping accuracy and OSHA/Health Dept compliance.
• Contributes to the team with professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
