Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Part-Time Computer Technician in Spokane, WA to service and repair computers, networks and servers for residential and business customers. The role includes in-store and on-site work at two Spokane locations and with customers at their homes or offices.

We offer competitive base pay with bonus potential, paid leave, a Simple IRA with employer match, and medical benefits. Must have computer technician and customer service experience; driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience with a company providing hands on computer service.
• Ability to configure personal computers, order parts and build systems.
• Data Recovery experience and laptop hardware experience.
• Experience setting up business networks – DNS, DHCP, Remote Access (VPN/RD).

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and document hardware or software problems on various computers.
• Assemble customized computer systems based on recommendations.
• Provide updates to customers via face-to-face, phone or email.
• Complete service orders within established timeframes and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of current technologies and certifications.
