Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of IT support, help-desk, systems, networking, or related experience.
• Experience with Shopify, UniFi, Xenial, Genius, Paytronix, and Drippos helpful.
• Requires English language proficiency and ability to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Maintains website and company apps, supports POS hardware/menus, networks, and communication systems.
• Supports system stability, security, and downtime reduction; assists with redundancy testing.
• Enforces MFA and IT cybersecurity standards; assists with security training and tracking.
• Keeps backups and performs routine updates on equipment and software.
• Onboards new employees on company technology and provides first-line IT training.
