Qualifications

• Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications established by the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office.
• Transcripts (official or unofficial) must be provided to verify education and experience.
• Equivalency is available via a separate review process with the Equivalency Committee.
• Applicants must submit a complete application package including a cover letter, a résumé/CV, and transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses in accordance with approved outlines and outcomes.
• Deliver engaging, student-centered instruction using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and maintain course syllabi, materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
• Submit grades and reports by deadlines.
• Create an inclusive, respectful learning environment for diverse students.
• Maintain regular communication with students and respond to inquiries.
• Utilize the LMS and instructional technologies as appropriate.
• Comply with district policies, CBAs, accreditation standards and regulations.
• Participate in department meetings and professional development.
