Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional compensation experience.
• Advanced Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market data, benchmarking.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Knowledge of total rewards programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compare internal positions with market benchmarks and develop compensation recommendations.
• Assist with short-term incentive programs and payout files.
• Maintain and revise salary structures and ranges.
• Evaluate positions for job levels and salary range alignment.
• Maintain job architecture data including families and pay bands.
• Coordinate compensation survey participation and validate data.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc compensation reports for leadership.
• Research competitor pay practices across locations.
