Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for residents. You will assist patients with in/out of vehicles, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain documentation to ensure safety.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification as needed, and strong communication and time-management skills to keep residents comfortable and safe on every trip.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CPR certification if required by role.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation to appointments and outings.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and to destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete driving logs and report any changes in resident condition.
