Job summary

Baptist Children’s Homes of NC, Inc. in Zionville, North Carolina, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative / Caregiver Assistant in the Developmental Disabilities Ministry. Qualifications

• Meets the general qualifications for employment as outlined in the Agency’s personnel policies.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Has at least high school diploma, or equivalent, with advanced education preferred.
• No prior experience is required, but preferred.
• Meets qualifications of paraprofessional as outlined by Divisions of Facility Services and Mental Health, State of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Manifests in daily action a Christian spirit and lifestyle.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the Agency’s structure, services, policies and procedures.
• Assists Direct Support Professionals with transportation as needed.
• Assists with planning and completing activity calendars and newsletters for homes.
• Completes filing in resident charts and personnel files as needed.
