You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life, while ensuring safety and adherence to care plans. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid NC driver's license, and being 21 or older.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one personal care, dressing, bathing, and toileting assistance.
• Support meals and encourage family-style dining for social interaction.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor schedules.
• Follow safety protocols and behavior support plans.
• Support clients in treatment programs and track progress.
