The Arc Southern Chesapeake is hiring a part-time Personal Support Associate to help individuals access the community, stay connected, and live more independently in Anne Arundel County.

You will drive clients to appointments and events, provide in-home and community support, and assist with daily tasks. A valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle are required, and all state background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driving license and reliable vehicle.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Clean driving record (no more than 2 points).
• Ability to assist with personal care and household tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals to meet physical and personal management needs by teaching skills and providing supports.
• Assist with household management and transportation to maximize independence.
• Administer medications (if certified) or assist with prescribed treatments.
• Support development of friendships and community involvement.
• Maintain records and uphold confidentiality.
