Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Two years of driving experience required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and emotional support to persons served.
• Help with meal preparation and daily living activities.
• Assist with medical appointments as needed.
• Monitor and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Communicate with Case Manager and Program Director about schedules.
• Engage individuals in meaningful community activities.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Submit time sheets, logs, and mileage reports on time.
