Job summary

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and emotional support to persons served and help maximize independence.
Assist with meal preparation and daily living activities; maintain a clean, healthful environment.
Assist with medical appointments as needed.
Monitor and report changes to the Program Director or Case Manager promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of persons served information.
Communicate with Case Manager and Program Director regarding schedules and needs.
Engage persons served in meaningful community and recreational activities.
Attend trainings and mandatory monthly staff meetings and supervision sessions.
Complete and submit timesheets, logs, and mileage reports by deadlines.
