Job summary

CCMC is seeking a part-time Community Standards Coordinator in Round Rock, TX. The role focuses on high-quality customer service for residents, handling inquiries and providing information on HOA governing documents and violations.

The incumbent will conduct property inspections, issue violations, and assist homeowners with architectural reviews while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic technology.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• CAM license preferred (Florida, Georgia and Nevada within six months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Conduct community drives and inspections of residential properties.
• Issue violations of deed restrictions with reference to property maintenance and aesthetics.
• Document, photograph and record all violations.
• Assist homeowners with the Architectural Review process.
• Prepare applications for the committee review.
