You will walk the grounds, respond to noise and non-emergency needs, assist residents with lockouts, monitor common areas, and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed. Rent discounts up to $1000 per month are available along with a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active or retired law enforcement or military background required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence across the property daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and de-escalate situations professionally.
• Assist residents with lockouts and non-emergency needs.
• Monitor common areas like pools, laundry, and fitness facilities.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to management.
• Observe and report vandalism or suspicious activity.
• Contact local law enforcement when appropriate per policy.
• Support overall community safety through routine patrols.
