Arlington Properties in Dayton, KY is seeking a Courtesy Officer to maintain a welcoming and secure environment at our multifamily community. This part-time role offers meaningful work and rent discounts for residents.

You will walk the grounds, respond to noise and non-emergency needs, assist residents with lockouts, monitor common areas, and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed. Rent discounts up to $1000 per month are available along with a 401(k) with company match.
