Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Courtesy Officer to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere at one of our multifamily communities in Fairhope, AL. This part-time role offers a chance to supplement income and enjoy rent discounts while making a positive impact on residents and the community.

You will walk the property daily, respond to non-emergency needs, monitor amenities, report issues, and coordinate with management and local law enforcement as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence on the property and walk the grounds daily.

• Report maintenance needs and observed issues to management; cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.
