Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Farmingdale, NJ. This role is ideal for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone seeking meaningful part-time work.

The DSP will support an adult with developmental disabilities at home or in the community, encourage independence, and help maintain routines while ensuring safety and reliable communication with the Kindly team.

• Reliable vehicle required.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Driving on shift required.
• Able to complete onboarding, background checks, and training.
