Job summary

Project Access Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Program Coordinator for The Palms in Rowland Heights, CA. You will implement programs, coordinate after-school and teen activities, and connect residents with local nonprofit resources.

The role emphasizes resident engagement, community partnerships, and data collection to measure social impact. Strong organizational skills and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred, with 29 hours per week and wage $25–$25.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach, or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth and serving diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program with homework assistance and enrichment activities.
• Organize monthly outreach, recruit and supervise volunteers, and publish newsletters.
