Project Access Inc in Richmond, CA, is seeking a Community Program Coordinator to design and implement resident services across two sites: Richmond Village and Pullman Point. You will connect residents with resources, run after-school and teen programs, and build partnerships with local providers to strengthen community life.

This full-time, non-exempt role (32 hours/week) requires four years in housing or social services or a related degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Ability to serve diverse populations with cultural competency.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program with homework assistance and enrichment.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events for safe, meaningful relationships.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access resources.
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendar of events.
• Collect and submit program outcomes data.
