Responsibilities

• Enforce property management policies, lease terms, and addenda.
• Achieve goals and objectives for the property.
• Comply with state landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Report safety or health hazards to supervisor.
• Prepare and manage property invoices and budgets; ensure timely payments.
