Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to lead and grow our LifeWise program in the community. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and families, and serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.

You will coordinate fundraising, lead donor communications, recruit and train volunteers, oversee scheduling and enrollment, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
