Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program in the local community, building partnerships with schools, parents, churches and community members.

You will oversee fundraising, donor relations and community outreach, recruit and support volunteers, ensure smooth class operations and policy compliance; this role offers flexible 15–20 hour weeks and a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with schools, parents, churches and community members
• Represent LifeWise Academy locally
• Communicate the program's vision and impact
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and campaigns
• Lead donor communication and stewardship
• Present to churches; organize events and sponsorships
• Secure ongoing financial partnerships to grow the program
• Recruit and train team members; foster a Christ-centered culture
• Coordinate class schedules and ensure smooth operations and safety
• Support budgeting, administration, and policy compliance
