Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Part-Time Program Director to help grow our LifeWise program in the local community. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and families, and serve as a trusted representative, sharing the program's vision and impact.

You will lead fundraising and donor stewardship, recruit and support team members, and oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administration. The role emphasizes a Christ-centered culture and responsive community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build community relationships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Lead fundraising efforts, donor communications and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support team members while fostering a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks within the program.
• Represent LifeWise Academy in the local community and communicate the program's impact.
