Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a Part-time Program Director to help grow the LifeWise program within the local community. You will foster partnerships with schools, churches and families, and represent the program with integrity.

The role focuses on leadership, fundraising, and coordination of activities to sustain and expand the program, while ensuring alignment with LifeWise policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful.
• Heart for the mission is essential.
• Strong communication and relational skills are important for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives.
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
