Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program in our community. You will build relationships, oversee fundraising efforts, and guide teams to run classes smoothly with a Christ-centered culture.

In this part-time role (about 15–20 hours/week), you’ll partner with school leaders, churches and families, manage enrollment and basic operations, and help ensure sustainable funding and excellent biblical instruction for students.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart forthe mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Building Community Relationships: Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Leading Fundraising and Community Support: Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns
• Leading Fundraising and Community Support: Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship
• Leading Fundraising and Community Support: Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives
• Leading Fundraising and Community Support: Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program
• Leading Fundraising and Community Support: Utilize the LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies
• Leading and Supporting Team Members: Recruit, train, encourage and support team members
• Leading and Supporting Team Members: Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families
• Leading and Supporting Team Members: Coordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely
• Managing Program Operations: Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks
• Managing Program Operations: Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship ofresources
• Managing Program Operations: Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures
