Job summary

Neu.Works in Denver seeks a Part-Time Community Associate to welcome members and support daily operations of our co-working space. You’ll greet guests, assist with needs, manage bookings, and help run events, while maintaining a clean, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, creating welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist members with needs and venue info.
• Provide venue tours and help hit revenue goals in sales and retention.
• Onboard new members for smooth community integration.
• Engage with members to build relationships and community.
• Plan and support community events and happy hours.
• Manage front desk operations and handle inquiries.
• Ensure space and amenities are clean and stocked.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of meeting rooms and events.
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate as needed.
• Process member payments, bookings, and records.
• Assist opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain records and reports.
• Inventory management of office supplies and beverages.
