Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a Part-Time Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program in the community. You will build relationships with schools, churches, families and donors while ensuring smooth operations and safe, Christ-centered classes.

Responsibilities include leading fundraising, donor stewardship, and coordinating volunteers, schedules and enrollment, with a focus on sustainable growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.
• Ability to recruit, train and support volunteers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community.
• Communicate the vision and impact of the program.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns.
• Lead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Conduct church presentations, fundraising events and sponsorship opportunities and community outreach initiatives.
• Encourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program.
• Utilize the LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies.
• Recruit, train, encourage and support team members.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families.
• Coordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely.
• Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship of resources.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures
