Landmark Properties is seeking a part-time Community Assistant in Philadelphia to deliver exceptional resident service and help maximize occupancy. You will assist in planning and executing resident events and maintain positive relations with current residents.

The role supports daily property operations, enforces policies, and logs activity under the Community Manager. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Entrata

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major preferred.
• Strong organization skills and reliability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Entrata experience preferred.
• Available to work 15–20 hours per week including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing resident events.
• Promote community events via social media and email/text communications to residents.
• Maintain positive resident relations and assist with daily operations.
• Log activity, maintenance requests, and resident packages.
• Enforce community policies and report violations as needed.
• Participate in Turn-related activities (move-in/out, inspections, make-readies) and on-call rotations.
