Job summary

The IWG plc is seeking a Part Time Community Associate in Ridgeland, MS to join our on-site center. You’ll help manage a dynamic community of customers and ensure smooth daily operations, from greeting guests to handling inquiries and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with ability to build relationships and empathize with customers (1+ years in customer service).
• Able to own problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and manage center amenities.
• Handle administrative tasks, invoicing, and service requests.
• Organize events and assist with networking activities in the center.
