Job summary

Brilliant Detroit is seeking a part-time Community Engagement Coordinator to greet participants, conduct intakes, and connect families with resources. The role emphasizes walking families through the intake process and maintaining warm, welcoming engagement across programs.

You will support neighborhood outreach, collect data for analysis, and provide scheduling and logistical assistance as needed to ensure smooth program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in schools or social service settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Sheets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and guide them through intake processes.
• Coordinate with families and partners to provide resources and referrals.
• Engage in neighborhood outreach and collect program data for analysis.
• Provide scheduling and logistical support for programs and events.
• Assist with research collection and participate in Play and Learn groups with families.
