Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely transport clients in own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, coaching, and individualized support in home and community settings.
• Assist with personal care as needed and support daily living activities.
• Teach and reinforce independent living skills and help clients reach goals.
• Safely transport clients to activities in the community.
