Job summary

Attuf Group in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide daily living support, skill development, and community integration for participants with IDD. The role includes assisting with personal care, documenting progress, and facilitating recreation within a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include medication administration where certified, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and documenting health or behavioral changes to support

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and adaptability.
• Must have QMAP certification or be eligible for higher pay with certification.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for community outings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily living support, skill development, and community integration for participants.
• Assist with personal care and safe medication administration when certified.
• Document progress and health/behavioral changes for progress notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized plans.
• Observe participant progress and assist with activities to promote inclusion.
