Seven Counties is seeking compassionate staff to support individuals receiving behavioral and health services. You will teach ADL skills, provide psychoeducation on recovery, and help plan community-based activities and access to resources.

You will collaborate with schools, landlords, transportation providers, and employers to integrate clients into the community, while maintaining safety standards and thorough documentation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero to one year full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for mental health, substance abuse, intellectual disability, or physical health conditions.
• Ability to provide nurturing attention and care to individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to communicate with verbal and nonverbal individuals.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Teaching skills.
• Patience and empathy.
• Maturity and judgment.

Mansioni

• Teach and coach activities of daily living (ADL) and monitor performance.
• Provide psychoeducation on recovery topics.
• Plan and facilitate community-based activities and access to resources.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment through de-escalation and behavior management.
• Serve as an ambassador of SCS and educate the community about services.
• Collaborate with community systems (school, landlord, transportation, employer).
• Provide transportation and assist with daily tasks as needed.
• Document services and care in timely records while following standards.
