Job summary

ACNB Bank in Biglerville, PA is seeking a Part-time Community Banking Associate (Teller) at our Upper Adams Office. You will greet customers, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide friendly service while following Bank Service Excellence standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service and cash handling experience, proficient communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Moderate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner following Bank Service Excellence Standards.
• Accept deposits, cash checks, and handle routine transactions with accuracy.
• Build relationships by identifying needs and referring customers to appropriate team members.
• Prepare daily settlement and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Support adherence to internal policies and risk management practices.
