Job summary

First Citizens Community Bank in Plumsteadville, PA is seeking a Universal Associate/Teller to provide timely, courteous customer service, process transactions accurately, balance drawers, and assess customers’ financial needs.

The role includes opening and maintaining deposit accounts, supporting the Bank’s sales culture and referral programs, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations; work involves coordinating with colleagues and occasional Saturday shifts at the Warrington Office.

Qualifications

• One year customer service and cash handling experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience (preferred).
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and learn position-related software.
• Ability to effectively use general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Assess customer's financial needs and suggest Bank services and products.
• Promote the Bank’s sales culture and referral programs.
• Maintain daily transactions and balances, research outages, and balance the drawer accurately.
• Follow procedures and comply with banking regulations.
• Identify customer needs and develop solutions to exceed goals.
• Interact constructively with co-workers.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts for consumers and businesses.
• Process deposits and withdrawals as needed.
