Job summary

IWG plc is hiring a Community Associate in Phoenix to support a dynamic coworking center. You will greet customers, handle inquiries, assist with setup and AV needs, and manage center operations to ensure a smooth experience for members and guests.

The role is on-site in downtown Phoenix, 22.5 hours per week, with a focus on exceptional customer service, teamwork, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic IT equipment and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, Wi-Fi codes, and package deliveries.
• Help customers set up equipment and locate meeting rooms or coffee options.
• Process invoices and manage service tickets through the portal.
• Coordinate events and networking activities for the center.
• Keep the center tidy and ensure a smooth customer experience.
