IWG in Bellevue is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy, on-site center. You will manage inquiries, assist customers with services, and help coordinate events and networking opportunities within the center.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Comfort with basic IT equipment and MS Office.
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries throughout the day.
• Set up and troubleshoot center services (Wi-Fi, projector, coffee, etc.).
• Process invoices and ensure accurate charges for services.
• Coordinate with City Manager and plan networking events.
• Maintain center cleanliness and organize posters and notices.
