Job summary

IWG plc in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to support customers and the center’s daily operations. Work 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am–2:30 pm, on-site at 1400 112th Ave SE, Bellevue. You will help customers with inquiries, set up services, and assist with networking events to promote the center.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced community workspace. Evening/weekend flexibility is not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to multitask and adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and everyday center needs.
• Coordinate services, invoicing, and issue tickets in the service portal.
• Plan and help run networking events and promote the center.
• Ensure the center is tidy, organized, and ready for business.
