Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience producing newsletters or social media content.
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining brand voice.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and distribute newsletters and social media content using approved brand standards.
• Maintain a content calendar for newsletters, social media, website updates, digital signage, and deadlines.
• Gather stories, photos, and updates from client teams and subject-matter experts.
• Update digital signage, announcement boards, and select website content.
• Create and maintain reusable templates, and repurpose content across channels.
• Track basic engagement data and prepare monthly progress updates.
• Participate in planning meetings with QAT leadership and client contacts.
