Job summary

WebTPA is seeking a Communications Specialist to create high-quality content for internal and external audiences across email, intranet, web, social media and print. You will work with stakeholders to support employee communications, engagement programs, and digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will draft and edit messaging, manage channel content, and track engagement metrics while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related work experience in Marketing, Web/Social media or Communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Relations preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Advanced skills in content writing and translating complex topics for varied audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with timely responsiveness to external entities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute internal and external communications across email, intranet, web, social, and print channels.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and leadership to support organizational initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications across channels to ensure clarity and alignment with brand voice.
• Coordinate employee events, campaigns and announcements; support recognition programs and vendor coordination.
• Draft intranet content and publish timely updates; monitor engagement metrics and report findings.
