Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with commissioning software and digital software tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, load, and verify task models and verification steps in Smart Completions/Procore for new projects.
• Upload engineering documents and vendor data; manage project data across multiple projects.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for Smart Completions/Procore users.
• Ensure data integrity and security; manage user access and permissions.
• Assist with system maintenance, integration, and reporting needs.
