Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Commissioning & Start-Up Administrator to support project teams with data setup, field walkdowns, and auditing in Smart Completions and Procore. You will work with commissioning, site automation, and engineering to collect and organize data for multiple projects.

This role requires hands-on work, strong communication, and organizational skills. The position is designated as part-time telework and requires at least three days in-person per week at the Houston office or

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Commissioning Software (Smart Completions and Procore) is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and data management capabilities required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure, load, and verify task models and verification steps in Smart Completions/Procore for new projects.
• Upload engineering documents, Check Sheets, ITRs, and vendor data as needed.
• Collect, organize, and present project data for multiple projects.
• Field walkdowns for data collection and collaboration with field engineers.
