Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Commissioning System/CX Software Admin in Chandler, AZ, to set up, track, walkdowns, and audit project data in Smart Completion and Procore systems. You will support project teams, coordinating with commissioning, site automation, and engineering groups.

Ideal candidates have hands-on data management experience, strong communication, and the ability to organize and share project data across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration: Configure, load, and verify task models and verification steps in Smart Completions / Procore for new projects.
• Assist in integration of Smart Completions with other software systems used by the company as needed.
• Own CSU data, business requirements, and prototypes; software platform selection, application development, hosting, and enterprise integration are owned by the Digital Solutions team.
• Upload engineering documents, Check Sheet, ITR’s, and vendor data as needed.
• Collect, organize, keep up to date, and present project data for multiple projects.
• Field Walkdowns for data collection.
• Walkdown with Field Engineers or Commissioning personnel.
• User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to all Smart Completions / Procore users. Conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users.
