Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding account balances and payment status.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and document collection activity.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and account-related issues.
• Coordinate payment arrangements and monitor payment progress.
• Record and maintain accurate payment and account information.
• Review account activity and assist with reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Track collection efforts and prepare reports using spreadsheets and internal systems.
