Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute is seeking compassionate CNAs for part-time shifts in Greenville, SC. You will provide direct resident care and support daily living activities to ensure a safe, comfortable environment and high-quality care.

We offer competitive pay ($17–$18/hour) with up to $2/hour shift differential, PRN opportunities, staff appreciation events, and opportunities for career growth within our network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Compassion for an underserved population.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff; maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
